Do I get updates with a perpetual licence?
Yes. Updates are automatic with Snappy and don't require an active (current tax year) license.
Can I upgrade my licence later?
Yes! Just click the Buy now button on the licence you want to upgrade to, or use the upgrade button in your account. Snappy will detect your current licence and apply the upgrade. You will only pay the difference between your current tier and the new one.
Is Snappy Payroll really free for previous tax years?
Yes! All previous tax years are free to use with no limits, even if you haven't purchased a license yet. This means you can try Snappy Payroll before commiting to a license for the current tax year or use it to make corrections to previous years.
What happens if I don't renew my licence next year?
Nothing. Once you've paid for a tax year, you can continue to use Snappy Payroll for that year (and any previous years) indefinitely.
Do I need an internet connection to use Snappy?
Snappy works offline but you'll need to be connected for submissions, sending emails, fetching tax codes etc plus initial license checks.
